I started Rational Wellness Co. because I kept seeing the same pattern — people genuinely trying to get healthier, being sold on overcomplicated programs they couldn't sustain, and walking away feeling like the problem was them. It wasn't. The system was just wrong for their life.
My background isn't what you might expect from a fitness coach. I studied finance at the University of Alabama — B.S. in Finance with a Wealth Management minor — before earning my NASM Certified Personal Trainer certification. That combination shapes how I think about health: like a long-term investment strategy. Consistency and fundamentals beat intensity and complexity every single time. You don't need an extreme protocol. You need a sound one.
